Welcome to Waterford Patio Homeowners Association web site. Waterford Patio Homes is a community of 135 homes located in southwest Broward County, Florida, within a development called Ivanhoe. The community is within the municipal limits of the Town of Davie.
This website is designed to assist new home owners in learning about our neigborhood, to provide information of interest to all residents, and as a "suggestion box" to the board. New Homeowner Information is on the Documents page.
Comments or suggestions about the website or the association are always welcome, or if you wish to voice a complaint about either, please send us a letter using the Contact Board page information.
The Menu entries at the top of the page will provide you with meeting minutes, budgets, by-laws, documents, and frequently asked questions. We've listed all the Community Links, including Utilities and Government Agencies, that we can think of to get the newcomer connected. The Contact the Board page tells you how to contact the board by email or snail-mail.

2024 Meeting Dates and Minutes
HOA meetings are held at the Fire Station at 7:00 p.m. and are scheduled for the second Wednesday of every month.
